When we found each other, we quickly realized that what connected us wasnβt just love. It was a deep desire to serve. We both believed that community is built through care and empathy.Β
Every meaningful journey begins with a moment of awakening. Sondor was not born from a business plan. It was born from pain, healing, and a simple question: What if no one had to heal alone?Β
Many of us had survived toxic relationships, emotional abuse, betrayal, burnout, loneliness, and moments when we questioned our own worth. We came from different countries, cultures, professions, and backgrounds, yet our struggles sounded remarkably similar.
We met at JSCS (Jay Shetty's Coaching School), brought together by a shared desire to heal and rebuild after leaving toxic relationships. Like many others, we were searching for clarity, peace, and a healthier future after experiencing emotionally draining and, in some cases, narcissistic relationships.
As we connected with fellow students, we realized our story wasn't unique. We met people from all walks of life. Women, men, and individuals across the gender spectrum, who were carrying similar wounds and searching for the courage to break free from unhealthy relationships.
Leaving a toxic relationship is rarely as simple as walking away. It often involves overcoming fear, manipulation, self-doubt, trauma, and the emotional bonds that keep people trapped. Recovery is a journey, not a single decision. Through our own experiences and the stories of others, we discovered the importance of community, support, and compassionate guidance in helping people reclaim their confidence, rediscover their worth, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
